Congratulations on your efforts towards receiving this acknowledgment. Progression rewards your fingertip activitiy and study, research, etc...
Perhaps you might consider something: though some might not write full-time, some have other priorities or obligations, and our work on our pieces. may be extensive though not published daily, and may be out-of-the-how-to box, vulnerable, radiant and even sacred.
On another note, though I once received a comment on a comment from Tim Denning, I once wrote a whole article about a TIm Denning piece, https://medium.com/illumination/rant-on-tim-dennings-managing-your-relationship-with-publications-70ed0c3c2e1fand hoped for a response. I made this mistake of including a reproachful tone in part of it, so understand why it might have not won me the TIm Denning Award of a comment and highlighting.
If, however, you, Tim Denning are reading the comments on Dew's article about you, I would love to engage int he writing challenge I dared to mention in that article, to show that writers are not replaceable. I also noted many good and important tips you gave in your piece and can discern that you were making a point about the level of effort to put in.

Write-on Dew Langrial. I hope someday a piece of mine will merit the Dew Langrial certificate.
