Good morning. I agree, Susan. I think it is why we are on earth, to integrate higher and higher practice of ethics/ values in our lives. I am also, of course, learning, learning, learning (on a good day - smile). Sorrows in life deepen and motivate us. A friend of mine from Hawaii says to thank the Creator for treats and difficulties. Though emotionally that feels strange and maybe untrue on one level, doing it shifts the whole thing to a vibration of thankfulness.
