Hi. Good morning. I want to respond another way because I think my answer was slanted by tiredness and some challenge I experienced in my day yesterday. I know there are other ways to be curious about all these human aspects, to become present and happy in connections within, with others, in moments and more of touching Spirit in whatever name you call it, and in creativity.

I remembered that we can even call on "Confidence". What I mean by calling on Confidence is that there is an International Virtues Project with cards that are like mapquests to each Virtue. The Catholic angelologists thought of the Virtues as angels that can be called on, and Confidence is one.

There are over 1,000 virtues listed in sacred texts of the ages and they are in potential in you, and in all of us, and perhaps when we use and develop any of them we feel those homey feelings, that happiness, warmth, satisfaction.

I see you as a lover of peace and a person of humor and honesty (and much more to discover) whose work I'm glad to have read and I'm so glad to commune with you! When I find the Virtue Card (there is a deck) of Confidence I'd like to share it with you.

I also have recently taken a course with Kathlyn Hendricks about "fear melters" that are physical movements we can do to help our nervous system when we feel frozen, faint, fighty/defensive or like fleeing; I'd be glad to share that with you what I'm learning if you are interested, and she has a free group Monday mornings Pacific US 9 am. I think many of us who write go into fear of what others will think, it may be the rare writer who doesn't (my neighbor says writers are "exquisitely sensitive") especially when we dare to go out of the box. Loving greetings.
