Hi. I felt engaged throughout in this tragic story. I suspect I'm not the only one that could relate to some of the details of this story regarding a loved one. While many people don't share vulnerable feelings,,when someone shares something like this it gives permission for others to feel intense feelings from their own lives. Yet I won't assume things because often someone writes about something that happened years before, or perhaps something that is resolved or not about them, or is fiction. Whatever (I was so curious) I believe context of the mother at the time of the event was so important to understand and relieve guilt, and what the mother did right with those children she obviousy loved and saw with cherishing eyes.
