Lately I've been thinking of one show where Annie said something profound. I forget the circumstance, but she told someone (maybe Ruthie) something about appreciating many contributors to our daily lives, something like that the bread came from the store with came from the person with the truck, which came from people in the warehouse, the factory, the farmers....

I applaud the writers of the memorable lines which I forget, but whose theme I find resonates with wisdom and gratitude.
