Obviousy you are shedding light on this TOS and educating people on what to expect. I've been touched by an article of yours in the past, and learn from other articles of yours on writing skills. And...I don't see why inexperienced writers would leave necessarily. I don't quite get if such content will just be snatched up and disappeared. I feel uncomfortable with the "taking out the trash" comment, if I may speak plainly. I believe that truthfulness can be expressed balanced with tact.
