Thank you for telling the story, and the burden it cost you. I appreciate your conclusion. That is a lot of deaths...and there are a lot of close deaths too and altered opioids on the street with deadly results. Parts of the system for getting off certain substances is antiquated and not always easy to access. It is very hard to get off of some of the remedies that are opioids. I heard that in the US there are some chages being made for better access. This topic is somewhat in the closet, because people want to keep confidences.
