Thanks for illumining this topic, and the 100 letter composition of the twittle. Frankly, I've not understood topic tags in terms of visibility. I thought that when an article gets curated then it is sent to the various tagged groups.
If writers keep up with the most popular topic tags and their stories reflect them properly, then that seems smart and strategic. (I wish I was that strategic). I appreciate you keeping on top of the misuses, abuses, excuses, loosy-goose tagooses and why we need to not support those. Thanks, Carolyn for your efforts to expose fraud. You definitely have skin in this game.
