Yes. I had to read your article because I elieve in the 20 hour work week! It gives people time to be, to dace, to help their children, to write, to volunteer, to meditate and pray and reflect, or whatever they deeply want to do. Thank you for promoting this - I hope it will go far and wide. It is timely now. "Each will be capped at 20 hours. I want my employees to work no more than 20 hours each week and I want them to learn no more than 20 hours each week. The rest of the time is theirs and I want them to do what they love. I don’t want them to dedicate their lives to helping me meet my goals. I want them to dedicate a focused part of their lives to help me meet my goals while I also help them meet theirs."
